Our residents qualify for a program called Section 3. It requires certain jobs from housing and community development activities be directed to our residents. This includes jobs here at the CDA. It also includes jobs on many of the projects that we fund.
We keep a list of people interested in hearing about these jobs when they are available. If you want to be put on that list, complete this form. Then, return it to the address that is listed.
The Whispering Pines Council meets the second Tuesday of the month at 1:00 pm in the community room at 7 Northeast 5th Avenue, Forest Lake, MN 55025.
Single-family, townhome public housing, and HCV participants meet the second Tuesday of the month from 5:30- 6:30pm at the Washington County CDA office.
