 City of Birchwood, City of Dellwood, City of Forest Lake, City of Grant, City   of Hugo, City of Mahtomedi, City of Marine-on-St. Croix, New Scandia Township,  City of Pine Springs, City of White Bear Lake, and City of Willernie.

 

DISTRICT 2:

City of Lake Elmo, City of Landfall, City of Oakdale and City of Woodbury Precinct 3, bounded on the north by I-94, on the west by Radio Drive (County Road 13) and Woodbury Drive (County Road 19), on the south by Tamarack Road, the 834/833 school district boundary and Valley Creek Road, on the east by Manning Avenue   (State Highway 95), and Woodbury Precinct 12, bounded on the north by the 833/834 school district boundary and Valley Creek Road, on the west by Woodbury Drive, on the east by Manning Avenue, on the south by Bailey Road.

 

DISTRICT 3:

 City of Afton, City of Bayport, Baytown Township, City of Lakeland, City of   Lakeland Shores, City of Lake St. Croix Beach, May Township, City of Oak Park   Heights, City of St. Mary's Point, City of Stillwater, Stillwater Township, and West Lakeland Township.

 

DISTRICT 4:

 City of Cottage Grove, Denmark Township, Grey Cloud Island Township, City of  Hastings, City of Newport, and City of St. Paul Park.

 

DISTRICT 5:

City of Woodbury Precincts 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 13 (that part of Woodbury not contained in District 2).

 

PUBLIC ASSISTANCE HOUSING REPRESENTATIVE:

Federal law requires that the Board of Commissioners of the HRA include at least one member who is directly assisted with federal assistance funds.
