In 2007, Maxfield Research, Inc. completed A Comprehensive Study of Housing Needs in Washington County, Minnesota.  The study provides an analysis of current housing market conditions as well as projections of demand for housing within eight submarkets in Washington County between 2007 and 2020.  Also included is an analysis of the demographic changes within the County and an outline that identifies the key issues which must be addressed to meet the County's affordable housing needs.  For further information, feel free to email the HRA or call Barbara Dacy, Executive Director at 651-458-6556 or Jerry Fox, Controller at 651-458-0936 ext 557.
